3 Secrets of Successful Muslimah Habits

Gain More Barakah, Clarity, and Peace...Even when you struggle to juggle between all your roles in life!

By the end of this training, you will have learned:

  • How to use your connection with Allah(swt) to gain success in Dunya and in Akhirah.

The most powerful tool we have as Muslims is our connection with Allah(swt).  At the same time, it is, unfortunately, the most underestimated tool we have.  I will share with you how you can absolutely catapult yourself forward, insha Allah, through practices based on the Quran and Sunnah.

  • How to slow down your mind throughout the day so you stay calm, clear, and in control.

Life happens and overwhelm is part of life.  We can't make that feeling of overwhelm disappear out of the equation of life.  HOWEVER...we can learn how to deal with it so that instead of feeling stuck, you can thrive confidently, insha Allah!

  • How to use the power and barakah of your early mornings to feel unstoppable!

The Prophet(saw) made this du'aa: "Oh Allah, bless my Ummah in the early morning." If our beloved(saw) made this du'aa, there is power behind our early mornings. I'll share with you some ways to reap this barakah of your early morning.

Who is this for?

If any of the following resonates with you, dear sis, I encourage you to join the training!

Here are answers to your most frequently asked questions

Is this training actually going to be live?

Yes! I will be delivering this training on three separate days, each time live. Pick the day that works best for you!

I already do a lot of research on productivity, mindset, and growth. Will this still help me?

My motto is "We are whole human beings: mind, body, and soul." If you want a holistic approach to growth and progress in THIS life and the NEXT, you can't leave any of these out. Every program, content, and piece of work I bring to my Muslim sisters, I make sure it is based on the Quran and Sunnah, but absolutely on scientifically proven methods as well. So addressing mind, body, and soul. And I think most other programs lack this holistic approach.

What happens if I can't make it live?

A recording will be sent to you insha Allah, via email, after the live session. However, by showing up live, you can join the live Q&A and enjoy some free bonuses:)

Will there be a chance to ask questions during the training?

Yes! And that's my favorite part. After what I have to share with you, you will have the chance to ask questions and I will try my best to answer them all.

Is this really free?

Yes, alhamdullilAllah! My hope and dream is to lift up my Muslim sisters and give them the tools and strategies to thrive in their lives. This training is part of the material I provide at no cost.

A note from me to you, dear sis...

If it wasn't for the fact that I am a mother of 4 children, a wife, a daughter, a home maker, a homeschooler, a passionate learner, an entrepreneur, and above all, a worshipper of Allah(swt)...

...I might have not understood you!

I might have thought that it is not a big deal to wear the different hats you are wearing...day in, day out!

I might have thought that the overwhelm you feel is exaggerated.  I might have thought to myself: "Well, why CAN'T you keep up with everything...easily...and be in a good mood too!"

I might have underestimated the struggles you endure, the daily pressures you experience, the stress you feel from your endless to-dos, and as a result of all of this, the loss of confidence in yourself that you are experiencing.

But I have been where you might be now, my dear sister...

The problem I was struggling with

My days with the kids were a blur.  It was full of stress and overwhelm, because I had a scramble of all the things I needed to get to in my head, but I couldn’t organize them.  I felt like I was drowning in my to-dos.

Besides the stress from all the to-dos, I never had time for myself.  Not for my self-care, not for hobbies, not for reading, which I love so much.  Every day was a big struggle and at the end I felt like I wasn’t doing anything.  Just the bare minimum of feeding kids.

The low-point

I hit rock bottom when I noticed that my relationship with my children and husband was deteriorating.  All the disorganization and chaos in my head was weighing really heavy on me.  It was causing me to live in constant stress.  Dinner was always late, my salah was just a series of movements, time with my husband was always with stress and overwhelm and I realized how awful it must be for my kids to be with a mother who is always looking stressed and overwhelmed.

The turning point

It was then that I realized I needed to do something about this.  I couldn’t just submit to how things were going and continue my days miserable, one after the other.

First, I started using sticky notes and pieces of paper here and there where I put my to-dos on them.  It was a start, and it helped me at least put the chaos in my head on a piece of paper.  Soon I would have papers everywhere, and I would try to figure out which was which day's notes, so I started dating them.

From there, I then realized that I was not putting myself on the schedule at all.  What about my growth and progress? I wanted to make time for myself, for my self-care, for my own growth and progress.  So, I started writing down things I wanted to do for myself that day.  One thing at a time.

As the months and years went by, I realized I needed one place to keep track of everything.  And that’s when I started creating my own journals. From scratch.  From empty notebooks that I turned into planners.  In the past 7 years, that I have been making my own planners, they have gotten more and more elaborated with trackers, planners, organizers, journals, motivational quotes to lift my spirit in my day.

The result

The result is a transformed life.  One where I have chosen to just not do overwhelm. Period. And I have taken away the stress and overwhelm (as much as humanly possible, of course), because I have taken away all the variables that cause my mind to feel stressed and overwhelmed.

  • Meals? Planned ahead of time  and ready on time because my mind has direction.

  • Goals for me and the family? Planned ahead of time and incorporated in my weeks and months, resulting in feeling empowered, because I am actually hitting goals.

  • Spiritual growth? It’s planned.. from tahajjud, to salah, to engaging with the Quran, to Ramadan goals and plans.

  • Time for my personal growth and hobbies? Always on my radar and planned into my weeks.

The ripple effect

The ripple effect of this is indescribable.  The effect of using this elaborate Planner&Journal doesn’t just start and end with me.  I can clearly see the effect of it on my family and especially children.  Children thrive when they are around adults who are composed, in control of their emotions and generally in a positive mindset.  I can see the change of JUST using this planner in my children’s behavior.  I can see the effect of it on their relationships with each other.  I can sense the ripple effect of this in my other relationships.  I plan and set aside time in my life for the people who matter to me.

And I can’t wait to see the ripple effect in your life.  On your mindset, on your relationships, on your growth and progress, and on your mental state.  Insha Allah!

Blessed to have you!

With love,

Wajma
